I promise, you and the whole family will breathe a sigh of relief if you clean out your car today! They will cheer with joy, especially if every time you jump in the car, your kid yells, "Eww, Mom, what's that horrible smell in here?", and you have no earthly idea what's the stank!

When I was a kid, my father would wash our family car every other week. It was like a ritual for him; he took great pride in keeping the car clean. Those meticulous traits, unfortunately, did NOT pass on to me. Now that I have a child of my own, I have developed a chronic condition that is commonly referred to as a "Mom Car"! Thankfully, I am not alone in suffering from this epidemic.

Contrary to wild belief, a dirty car is not a sign of a wealthy person who is "too posh to wash". It's actually a sign of a mom who is super busy with kids' schedules, traveling to and from business meetings, heading out to doctor appointments, and running errands for this that and the other reason.

I knew I had to do something to clean out my car when a couple of days ago, I bought a Baby Alive doll for my daughter, Willow, and on the way out of the toy store, she told "Snacking Sara", "Our car is really dirty, but you're gonna love it anyway!"

Don't even get me started on the outside of my car. Somehow, my daughter splattered raspberry gelato all over the outside of her passenger door. My poor little PT Cruiser has been begging, "Clean me ousside, how bow dah!"
