If you think that 50 Cent is done with trolling his arch nemesis Rick Ross, think again. The G-Unit leader slapped Rozay with a lawsuit just days before Christmas.

According to Hartford Courant, Fiddy filed the lawsuit in federal court on Wednesday (Dec. 23). The New York rapper is demanding an injunction against Ross's use of 50 Cent's name, image and use of his 2003 song, “In da Club.” The Miami rapper used the song on his mixtape, Renzel Remixes, to promote his album, Black Market. Ross remixed the song and spits a freestyle over it that included a few lyrical shots at his haters (*cough* 50 Cent).

Apparently, 50 is seeking over $2 million from Ross for using the song on his mixtape. Whoa!

Of course, 50 Cent and Rick Ross have a long-standing feud with each other dating back to 2008. But things came ahead recently when the "Candy Shop" rapper was ordered to pay a $7 million judgment for posting a sex tape online featuring Ross' baby mama, Lastonia Lewiston.

Since then, Fiddy has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in hopes to avoid paying Rozay’s ex. At a hearing back in July, the G-Unit leader testified in court that his net worth is a hyperbole of the truth and that he’s only worth a meager $4.4 million.

Clearly, 50 and Ross's feud is never going to end.

Attorneys for Rick Ross had no comment on the lawsuit.
