Hey You Guys! ‘Goonies Day’ is in Astoria, Oregon This Weekend

This year marks the 30th anniversary of one of my favorite movies of all time, The Goonies. This movie, which was mostly shot and filmed in Astoria, Oregon, is holding Goonies Day all weekend long.

The iconic house from the movie is an actual home in Astoria and, though people do live there, it's quite a tourist attraction. I think if you bought the house from The Goonies, you'd have to expect a visitor or two to take selfies in front of your house.

There are activities planned including a tour visiting landmarks from the movie and even cast-members like the guy who played Chunk will be there, too.
