How To Make Super-Super Bowl Wings
It's the BIG GAME weekend and no game is complete without HOT WINGS...yes...all caps because they are delicious on game day ... here are a few recipe's to spice up your game day
If you have never made classic Buffalo-style wings at home, don’t let the recipe scare you — yes, the sauce is ½ butter. That’s not a mistake. Now you know why you can’t eat just one!
When purchasing wings, there are fresh and frozen. What you never need to look for are breaded wings — real Buffalo wings are never breaded.
Frozen wings are fine but really shrink when cooking; they will be about half the size when cooked as they were frozen. Keep that in mind when determining how many to purchase. Fresh wings will keep their size and have a bit more flavor.
Have a great weekend and enjoy the Super Bowl!
