Jay Z's Life + Times has unveiled a short video documentary profiling Roc Nation Sports client and Seattle Mariners second baseman Robinson Cano. Cano is one of Jay Z's most high profile clients and joined his agency last year. Cano spent 9 years playing for the New York Yankees before leaving last season as a free agent. Cano, with the help of Roc Nation, inked a lucrative $240 million deal with the Seattle Mariners.

This documentary also details the baseball culture in the Dominican Republic that Cano grew up in. Viewers get to see that for many Dominicans, baseball is the only way out of a life of poverty.

The documentary is mostly in Spanish, but subtitles are included. This is an inspiring story that provides insight into the tough road Robinson Cano had on his road to the major leagues.
