Make-Up Do’s & Don’ts

Ladies! When is too much makeup to much? Some guys like girls to be natural, and some ladies don't like to leave the house without makeup on. Where is the happy medium. I prefer natural, but don't mind makeup in moderation. Did this lady take it to far? Or is she trying to one up Mimi from the Drew Carey show?
