Meet Mila And Maxen With The Children’s Miracle Network [VIDEO]

Meet Mila and Maxen. Their parents are Cassie and Alex Milden. They are the family that we are teaming up with for the Children's Miracle Network's "One Call, One Miracle" Radiothon.

Mila and Maxen were both admitted to Virginia Mason Memorial"s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) -- Mila was born five weeks prematurely and was in the hospital for 19 days. Maxen was born six weeks early and was in the hospital for 13 days.

Thanks to The Children's Miracle Network and the staff of Virginia Mason Memorial's NICU Unit, Mila and Maxen were able to get the treatment that they needed. Their parents made it through an emotional roller coaster ride, too. But all this would not be possible without the help of the community here in Yakima.

So this Friday (Oct. 20) the "One Call, One Miracle" Radiothon, presented by Standard Paint and Flooring, continues until 6 p.m. This is your chance to donate and help children like Mila and Maxen. Every donation stays here in Yakima.
