Rick Ross is no longer a free agent. The Miami boss has found a new recording home at Epic Records. According to reports, Rozay has signed a new solo deal with the label, which is run by CEO and veteran music mogul L.A. Reid.

On Friday (Jan. 15), Epic Records made the announcement on their Twitter account. The label tweeted a photo featuring Epic executives Reid and Sylvia Rhone with the caption: “Welcome @rickyrozay to the #EPIC family!”

Ross also made it official on his Instagram account with a photo of himself wearing a Epic Records scully cap and matching hoodie. “LIT!” he wrote in the caption. More like, “R-Ruh!”

This is great news for the Maybach Music Honcho who signed with Def Jam in 2006 and left the label after delivering eight successful albums. His last album, Black Market, was released in December 2015.

Ross is in good company over there at Epic. The “Diced Pineapples” rhymer is among a roster of superstars, which includes Future, Diddy, Ciara, Travis Scott and Mariah Carey.

There’s no word if Ross is going to drop a new album this year but we should expect something new from the Bawse.

Congratulations to Rick Ross on his new musical partnership with Epic Records.
