Potholes can be reported using the City’s “Yak Back” feature at https://www.yakimawa.gov/yak-back/ or calling the City’s Street Repair Hotline at (509) 576-6713.

City officials say crews will be upgrading the traffic signal heads at the intersection from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm Wednesday.

Authorities say they've seen numerous crashes at the intersection over the last two years and a double fatal three-car crash at the intersection on March 20.

In fact snow is in the forecast for the mountains through Sunday as the region deals with a series of storms.
