Average gasoline prices in Yakima are down 9.4 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.86 per gallon

While the sales price is down the number of homes sold is also down.

According to GasBuddy's survey of 91 stations in the valley, prices have fallen 0.9 cents when compared to last week selling for an average of $4.59 a gallon Tuesday.

GasBuddy officials say prices in Yakima are 6.1 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 76.6 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.

But while the Median price is up sales are down.

Bemis says 150 homes were sold in November...a decrease from the 222 homes sold in November of 2021.

GasBuddy says the best day to fill up the tank is Monday and prices on This Monday are 13.1 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand $1.30 per gallon higher than a year ago.

The lowest price in the state yesterday was $3.89 per gallon while the highest was $6.00 per gallon, a difference of $2.11.
