The struggle to lose weight, feed the dog, pay the bills and stay sane can be draining. Especially when you are attempting to do it with no plan. I lived my life fully that way.

This whole health and fitness thing can get super confusing, making it SUPER easy to just say screw it when you arrive at your first hiccup. Don't do that! You've done that before and I can tell you as a member of the used-to-be-a-big-girl club, it gets better!
Support is key when losing weight because, yes it's true it's up to you, but when you have a friend who is there to pick you up when you fall and vice-versa, your road to victory is SO much stronger. You will fall, but it's what happens afterward that really shows where you are in your journey.
