Now Yakima County Prosecutor Joe Brusic says a new state law will make it tough to investigate the crimes.

When the session starts on January 10 Brusic will join Rep. Gina Mosbrucker will be speaking out against a new bill

It brings in millions of dollars every year. It was first passed in 2004 and currently voters need to approve the tax every five years.
