Wapato High School Fighting Cancer With Bean Feed

Wapato High School will help the fight against cancer with the 63rd Annual Wapato High School Bean Feed. All proceeds are being donated to North Star Lodge Cancer Care Center in Yakima. According to the Wapato School District website, this annual event has raised more than $165,000 for cancer patients in the area.

Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Wapato High School office between 7:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tickets will also be available at the bean feed in the Commons Area at Wapato High School. Tickets are $5 a plate for adults, $3 a plate for children and students.

The Wapato Wolves will also be hosting the Ellensburg Bulldogs -- join the town of Wapato in the fight against cancer. Have some dinner and enjoy some hoop action at Wapato High School.
