Steve Blair was an ER tech and was in the Army reserves. Here's why Steve was a hometown hero, according to Venessa Blair.

He always went to work with a smile on his face and never let anything faze him.
He was my dad and he died last November.
He always put other needs before his own and loved to help people.
He impacted so many peoples lives.
My little sister, Mom and I really miss him.
Too young to be with out a hero of a dad.
