Hip hop's uncovered a prodigy who's ready to change the game, and 76-year-old Alex Trebek will have you lit before dinnertime.

The longtime Jeopardy host jumped into the world of hip hop with both feet during last night's (January 20) episode thanks to a category called "Let's Rap, Kids!" Clues included lyrics to hit songs by Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Drake, Desiigner and Kendrick Lamar, and Trebek's recitation of each will likely go down in the books. After all, there's nothing quite like hearing him observe "Panda panda panda panda panda panda panda."

Between mini-performances of "Famous" and "Started by the Bottom," Trebek gave Jeopardy fans something to remember, which many viewers relived over and over thanks to an eventually viral tweet-capture posted by Sports Illustrated writer Kenny Ducey.

"I was just getting into this rap thing. I'm not too good at it but I was getting into it," Trebek said after his Summer Jam-worthy set. The internet, conversely, disagreed, and Twitter users far and wide praised Trebek for his skill.

"I'm willing to grant a waiver for Canadian Trebek to be our new President," one user wrote while another noted "y'all better hold tight to your soundcloud/bandcamp accounts."
