The 2013 Billboard Music Awards hit Las Vegas Sunday night (May 19) and we're thrilled to report that there were only a scant few clunkers in the worst dressed department. Fashion-wise, there were more good looks than bad ones, as the event was a mixed bag of classy gowns and party frocks, and some strange takes on pantsuits.
Without further ado, these were the most questionable and "WTF?" looks of the night.

She had canceled a show in Antwerp the night before (May 14) due to exhaustion and dehydration and she wasn't about to disappoint fans two nights in a row -- no way, no how. A true queen never lets her subjects down multiple times!
Miley Cyrus glammed it up at the Maxim Hot 100 Party at the Vanguard in Hollywood on May 15. She was pretty much the guest of honor since she topped the mag's list of hottest babes, a fact she revealed via Twitter, sabotaging their slow reveal of the 100 ladies named to the list. We're glad they still invited her to the soiree, since, after all, she did go topless for 'em.
LL Cool J walked with a panther. Brian Fantana in 'Anchorman' favored the slightly pungent 'Sex Panther' cologne. Now, Bruno Mars is following suit, as he covers the summer preview issue of Entertainment Weekly with a shiny black panther.
