Bob Hall Dealership launched a 'Change is Good' campaign to get local children to submit their ideas on what they would change for the good of the community. The finalists have been set and will be announced at a free concert this weekend in Yakima.

They received 763 submissions. Seven individual submissions are going to be awarded. This is backed by $20,000 in donations.

The winning projects will be announced Sunday (May 3) at Sarg Hubbard Park during the 2-4 p.m. along the Yakima Greenway. Seattle's Not-Its, a family-friendly band, will put on a concert for children of all ages and their families. You don't need to be a finalist or even to have submitted an application for this campaign to attend. It's free and open to the public.

Jaclyn Midkiff, owner of Bob Hall Dealerships, had this to say about the entries:

“We were so excited to get so many ideas from the children of our Valley. And we are even more excited to announce the winners. Change really is good for everyone.”

Congrats, everyone!
