How To Make Pizza Cupcakes

I saw a picture of these and was immediately intrigued. How cool would you be if you made these ‘pizza cupcakes’ for the neighborhood kids?
To be fair, they’re not actually cupcakes as they’re more like muffins, but you don’t need to tell anyone that. Fairly simple recipe that may require an extra trip to the store for the mini-pepperonis, but if you do enough cooking you probably already have the rest of the ingredients in your pantry.
