If You Could Change One Thing About Yakima, What Would It Be?

Sometimes I like to get out of the studios and ask people questions on the street. This time, at Downtown Summer Nights, Jake came up to me and asked me a question that I didn't have time to think of a proper answer. So, we'll ask you, if you could change anything about Yakima (without crime being the answer), what would it be?

For some reason, the first thing I thought of was bike routes, which is odd as I don't ride a bike. Jake likes the idea of having a shopping center where the old Boise Cascade site used to be. From there, others idea started popping in our heads like a water attractions and more.
