Selena Gomez, the American actress and musician, was not punched in the face by a fan of Justin Bieber, despite rumours suggesting that she had been the victim of a jealous attack, reports People Magazine. Gomez and Bieber went public with their relationship at the Vanity Fair Oscars party on Sunday (27th March 2011) and it was reported that the actress had been subject to online threats from fans of the 17-year-old pop sensation.
