American Bandstand helped popularize The Bop, The Twist and The Hand Jive in the '50s and '60s, but if Sia had been around during the show's earlier episodes, you can rest assured audiences would have jumped at the chance to learn The Wig-Out.

Sia, whose new This Is Acting debuted in Billboard's Top 10, has released a new lyric video for "Cheap Thrills," the album's second single, that could quite quickly be confused for a Happy Days sock hop. But instead of The Beach Boys or Patsy Cline, this jukebox is churning out dancehall-lite with a brand new feature from Sean Paul.

The clip, featured above, begins with an introduction (sans technicolor) from a Johnny Carson-type before young, eager dancers take to a floor. The shindig starts out innocently enough until two black-and-white-wigged rug-cutters enter and aggressively steal the show. "Me and you, girl, you and me / Drop it to the floor and make me see your energy," Paul delivers as Sia's performers wow a crowd.

In December, Sia told Rolling Stone "Cheap Thrills" was originally intended for Rihanna, but Ri's rejection proved to be a blessing in disguise.

"We did actually send it to her, but they passed on it, and then I just couldn’t stop listening to it in the car,” she said. “There’s something really uplifting about it that put me in a good mood, and I would just pretend it wasn’t me singing. It felt very summer and fun, and I was like, ‘I’ll put that on there."
