Major Roadwork In Yakima Next Week Slowing Commutes

Drivers are being encouraged to avoid the intersection of 5th Avenue and Tieton Drive most of next week while a grind and overlay project is underway.

From next Monday, July 11th through next Thursday, July 14th, the intersection will be closed to traffic each day from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm
