Yakima didn't get as much snow as many would've hoped for last winter and, looking into the future, it looks like our region could be one of the warmest parts of the United States this season.

Now, this doesn't mean it's going to stay in the 60s all winter long. We will, no doubt, get some snow, but as recent years have proven, it might not stick around as long. It will snow more and we're hoping for a great winter season for White Pass, but it also means that our kids may not get any snow days.

Only time will truly tell. This is just a prediction and can change under any circumstance.
