The 4th of July is coming soon and maybe you're having a good ol' fashion BBQ. I love corn on the cob, but those string thingies are just about the most annoying thing ever. This video shows a way to cook corn easily and remove the husk without any silks everytime.

I, honestly, never thought about microwaving corn in the husk. I have, in a pinch, wrapped up the corn in plastic wrap to toss in the microwave, but this is my method from here on out.

• Leave the corn in the husk
• Microwave on high for four minutes
• Once done, remove from microwave and cut off the base of the corn husk
• Grab the top and shake it out
