Shawn Niles, aka Fat Pastor, Is Headed to the World Food Competition!

Shawn Niles, aka Fat Pastor, is competing the World Food Competition for the second year in a row, so I had to have him in to talk about everything! The competition isn't until October, but he is already flexing his cooking muscles with the team as he goes out and about around the valley!

He is currently accepting applications for his nonprofit Urban Kitchen.
