New ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Cast Includes a Few Names You May Almost Recognize
The cast of season 16's 'Dancing With the Stars' was announced, and unlike most of the previous seasons, you may actually know some of the stars on this one.
The cast of season 16's 'Dancing With the Stars' was announced, and unlike most of the previous seasons, you may actually know some of the stars on this one.
A couple months ago, ‘Dancing with the Stars‘ announced an upcoming all-star season in which they’d bring back contestants from years past to compete for ultimate bragging rights (and, we assume, a moon-sized mirrorball trophy). Now we know who those celeb dancers will be.
After 14 seasons with celebs-turned dancers like Bristol Palin, Mario Lopez, Kate Gosselin, Dancing With The Stars has confirmed that it's first All Star edition! So who is going to be an All Star?
After dealing with Motown Night, ‘Dancing with the Stars‘ decided to crank up the intensity and challenge the dancers even more with Classical Night. After all, classical music is more difficult to dance to in comparison to anything contemporary.
‘Dancing with the Stars’ contestant Jaleel White, who once played nerdy Steve Urkel on the sitcom ‘Family Matters,’ is dealing with some rather sticky family matters of his own after his ex-girlfriend went public with allegations that the actor was once abusive to her.
White, though, isn’t taking the matter lying down.
Tuesday nights bring doom for the ‘Dancing with the Stars’ contestants, because one has to turn in their sequins and watch the rest of the competition from home (or at least from a chair in the audience). Who was this season’s first casualty?
Most of the time we forget about all the sexy professional dancers on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ because of all the B- and C-List celebrities soaking up all the spotlight. And yes, William Levy is pretty hot, but what about Derek Hough and Maksim Chmerkovskiy? They’ve got it going on as well. Take a look at some of the hunks you may have overlooked.
In preparation for tonight’s premiere of ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ Jaleel “Urkel” White, Gladys Knight, William Levy, and the rest of the contestants have been seriously breaking a sweat in preparation for their first performances.
We’ve grown accustomed to looking forward to the eclectic lineups that ‘Dancing with the Stars’ always seems to line up for its new seasons, and for the show’s latest outing, they didn’t disappoint: Season 14 will include pop star Gavin DeGraw, (as was rumored 2 weeks ago) well as soap legend and former teen idol Jack Wagner, and Jaleel White — a.k.a. the man once known as Urkel from ‘Family Matters.’
When Gavin DeGraw sang ‘I Don’t Want to Be,’ we’re guessing “a dancer” was deliberately left out of the lyrics. His pal, OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder, revealed that DeGraw may well be dancing up a storm on the ABC hit ‘Dancing With the Stars.’
We started out 10 weeks ago with 12 couples. A few shocking eliminations later, it was down to three: Rob Kardashian and Cheryl Burke, J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff, and Ricki Lake and Derek Hough.
So who took home the big prize of that shiny mirrorball trophy?
Olympic gold medalist in soccer and all around great gal, Hope Solo, is one of the contestants on Dancing with the Stars. In case you missed her first performance, here she is. What do you think of her performance?
