Besides a funny opening monologue, the 2015 Golden Globes were kinda...boring? Which is weird, because the Golden Globes are supposed to be a lot of things, but boring isn't one of them. Their entire existence is pretty much to be the boozy, irreverent cousin to the Oscars. But, next year hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler won't be back to host (their three-year contract ended this year) and based on this awards presentation, we think they should give Kristen Wiig and Bill Hader a chance.

A "red carpet malfunction" doesn't usually refer to the actual floor covering, but that was the case at the 2014 Golden Globes last night (Jan. 12).

The 2014 Golden Globes winners will be revealed during the Tina Fey and Amy Poehler-hosted awards ceremony, broadcast live Sunday, Jan. 12th at 5 p.m. PST/8 p.m. EST on NBC.

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler's wildly successful stint hosting the 2013 Golden Globe awards led to all manner of speculation that the pair might be tasked to host other ceremonies, but why mess with success, really? After being informally asked back, Fey and Poehler have officially signed on to host the Golden Globes for the next two years, all the way through 2015.

Tommy Lee Jones was not amused by Will Ferrell's hijinks at last night's Golden Globes. And he was the only one. On the one hand, look at him -- he's ancient. Let him laugh or not laugh whenever he wants or doesn't want to. On the other hand, BWAHAHA he looks just like Grumpy Cat.

There were some serious red carpet clunkers at the 2013 Golden Globes. The dresses that were bad were ... really bad. There was nothing middling or "ho hum" about this selection of dumpy dresses, failure frocks and groan-inducing gowns. It's a shame, since all of the ladies on this list are beauties in their own right. But boy did they choose the wrong dresses for this event.
