I'm with you, I don't like driving in snow, I don't like shoveling the sidewalk but one thing that does come to mind about snow is making snow ice cream with the kids. Snow ice cream, you say? Well, why not? It's only three ingredients and you can eat it immediately.

Grab a bowl and a spoon and these ingredients.

  • Snow (duh)
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Really, all you have to do is fill the bowl with fresh snow, pour on some sweetened condensed milk, add a splash of the vanilla extract and start mixing. The snow will fuse with the milk so add more snow if needed.

    Then, enjoy!

The texture isn't quite like ice cream. It's actually a lot like eating vanilla ice cream-flavored snow which, after all, it is, but it's so good.

I'm sure you can add other flavors as well, but vanilla works for me. Give it a shot and tell me what you think!
