Ronda Rousey is the truth. I have an affinity for judo and have the utmost respect for its founder, Jigoro Kano.

Rousey, who reminded us recently that she rules the UFC ring with her 34-second knockout of Bethe Correia, is also a judoka. And this sparring session of hers reminds me of practicing with my elementary school classmate and helping his family train for competition in Russia for judo and wrestling.

As you can tell, I love MMA and Ronda Rousey is like poetry in motion. I saw her live in the Bay Area with The Rock for Wrestlemania 31. She is beautiful and dangerous.
