Former “Fugees” Group Member Facing Tax Evasion Charges (Video)

It looks like Lauryn Hill of "Fugees" fame is facing possible tax evasion charges as she didn't file taxes from 2005 - 2007. The music super star hasn't been musically active in a few years, being content to raise her children but on average still managed to earn close to 2 million dollars.

The upside is Hill has recently performed in the UK after not performing for five years and is preparing for her 2nd solo release after a 14 year absence and critical and commercial success of her debut album "The Miseducation   Of Lauryn Hill".

She is scheduled to appear in court on June 29th and faces a maximum 1 year penalty of jail and a 100,000 dollar fine.
