No matter what your niche of comic con might be, you'll be welcomed at Fan Fest Northwest—A Yakima Comic Con. Cosplay is the name of the game, and we can expect a lot of vendors, comic book collector booths, and other art-centric people and activities.

The event is hosted by Rod's House, and proceeds will go to their foundation that provides numerous resources to the unhoused youth in Yakima Valley.

We want you to celebrate your love for fandoms and do it for a great cause!

Fan Fest Northwest happens Saturday, October 11th, at the Yakima Convention Center (10 N. 8th St). Special celebrity guests include Michael Welch from the the Twilight movies and Joan of Arcadia, professional cosplayers Ryan Wells and Katie Colleen, cosplay judge Joy Knight-Richards, and voice actors Rachelle Heger, Melanie Kohn, Edward Bosco, Bill Rogers, and more.

There will be several workshops on site, too.
