The Alder Creek Pioneer Picnic & Rodeo is Happening Flag Day Weekend, June 12 - 14th. There's bound to be a lot going on which always makes it fun to attend.

Celebrating the 115 Years
Since 1911, Bickleton, Washington, has been home of the Alder Creek Pioneer Picnic & Rodeo which features a slew of events all weekend long.
One of the highlights is the sanctioned NPRA rodeo action on Saturday at 1 p.m. and Sunday also at 1 p.m.
There will also be local events during each performance.
Dance Under the Stars in Bickleton
You can dance under the stars on Saturday night at 6 p.m. with live music from Countryfied.
Great food from Neighbor's BBQ and Dad's Sourdough.
There will be a beer garden which will be open during the dance and rodeo sponsored by Wheeler's Smoke-N-Gas.
There is weekend camping available so you don't miss out on anything.

Classic Carousel from 1905
Another feature of the Alder Creek Pioneer Picnic & Rodeo is they have a classic carousel that anyone can ride.
How classic? It's from 1905.
This 1905 Herschell-Spillman carousel is said to be one of only three of its time still in working condition. Don't miss your opportunity to ride this.

The festivities kick off on Friday, June 12, at 5:30 p.m. with a community pot luck with the rodeo and beer garden and dance and everything else happening throughout the weekend. There's even an open-air church service on Sunday morning.
