They say a place in Seattle called Pizzeria Pulcinella is the best in Washington and, I gotta admit, it does look pretty amazing.

This pizza place is an old school, Italian-style restaurant that is best known for their pizza. I mean, it is in their name after all, but they have other amazing, authentic Italian items on the menu as well.

According to 5 Reasons to Visit they keep it as authentic as possible, even importing Italian flour for their bread items.

They also use a wood-fired oven which, to me, is the best way to make a pizza. You get that light, crispy crust with perfectly melted cheese and all that. I'm all for it.

While the Pacific Northwest isn't known for amazing pizza compared to pizza cities like New York or Chicago, they say Pizzeria Pulcinella is worth checking out.
