Mom's Dishes was a restaurant in town I was looking forward to for quite a while. They had a soft open where you could dine to eat but were still working out all the kinks in a hand's-on practical sense. It seems like they have everything worked out to have an official grand opening set for, as of writing this, tomorrow, Friday, September 15.

Authentic Vietnamese cuisine like pho, spring rolls, vermicelli bowls and, a favorite of most, banh mi sandwiches.

During this grand opening they'll have raffles for discounts for everyone who enters. You could get 10% off upto 50% off or, perhaps, even more starting during their grand opening on Friday, September 15th all the way through Friday, September 22nd.

Check out the assortment of items on the menu! Many of these you won't find anywhere else in Eastern Washington or maybe even all of Washington State.

They're only open for lunch from 11 a.m. through 2:30 p.m., then closed for a while before they reopen for dinner at 4 p.m. through 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday they're open 11 a.m. through 9 p.m. They're closed on Monday.

I loved the food so much I ate here three times during their soft open. Here's just a few photos of what it looks like on the inside. I think they're worth checking out, for sure.

LOOK: Best Beers From Every State

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery. Keep reading to find out what the best beer is in each of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
