Selena Gomez’s New Oreos Bring Chocolate-Cinnamon Delight
For over 100 years Oreo cookies have been a staple snack in people's pantries, cookie jars, and, in my case, my snack drawer at work.
You can never go wrong with the original but I do love the mint ones as well.
And, for many, it's all about the Double Stuf that has twice the filling as a standard Oreo.
Oreo has a history with fun flavors
Over the years Oreos have had other flavors they'd introduce like the golden ones that feature a vanilla cookie or ones with a peanut butter-flavored filling.
Then, more recently, Oreo would get very creative and release several limited editions throughout the year. These have included Fruity Pebble ones, Swedish Fish, Neapolitan, and just about any other flavor you can think of.
A few months ago we had the Post Malone Oreos and the celebrity endorsements apparently don't stop there.
Now we have ones from Selena Gomez. Let's check them out!
What do Selena Oreos taste like?
These are labeled as a chocolate-cinnamon-flavored cookie.
The cookie is chocolate-cinnamon and a little lighter in color than other Oreos.
The creme filling is a combination of cinnamon-infused sweetened condensed milk-flavoring. It's a lot of adjectives but it basically make it so the white part of the filling is horchata-flavored which is something we have around here. Nothing new.
Then there's a part that's chocolate-cinnamon-flavored creme as well. All wrapped into one cookie.
Usually when it comes to Oreos, I just want the classic. The standard. The original. But I thought these were fantastic.
Best of all, for me, was that with that chocolate-cinnamon flavor and how rich is seems, I can only have 2 or 3 in one sitting. You see, when I eat traditional Oreos I'll just keep eating them until someone takes them away from me. Dangerous, I know.
They also have these fun shapes on them so that's pretty neat as well.
These are available in store. Look out for them while they last.
