Just like that, we have a new single from Juice Wrld. On Saturday (July 6), the Chicago rapper delivered the fresh track "Run."

The song is slow, yet has a trap vibe, and finds Juice crooning in a drawn-out falsetto. "Realize your dark side collides inside/You run as fast as you can but you can't hide," he sings on the chorus. "Realize your dark side collides inside/You run as fast as you can."

JW goes from rounded to rowdy on the song as he mulls over dulling life's pains with drugs. "Money is happiness, cap/Bitches got faithfulness, cap," he rhymes on the first verse. "And drugs only make it worse, cap/I take a Perc, then I take me a nap/Take a sip of the syrup so I could go relax/Bitch, I'm ready for war when the demons attack/Hell yeah, believe that."

This is Juice Wrld's first solo single since he put out the album Death Race for Love in March, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

A couple weeks ago, Juice revealed he was already working on his new LP. "Working on album so yeah, I’m in a good head space rn prolly the best headspace I been on in a minute.." Juice tweeted. "Things are coming together not just music but life in general I’m beyond blessed..got a nice place to live, a caring beautiful gf, and stability. Thank God for all this."

He also recently confirmed he has a joint project with Young Thug coming too.
