Justin Bieber On Cover Of New Rolling Stone Issue

Check out the New cover of the July issue of Rolling Stone. The new issue hits stands 7/20/12. It is the second time the Bieb's graced the cover of the magazine. Back in 2011 Justin had a similar cover pic but, this year losing the black leather jacket and sporting a new manley look. Justin told Rolling Stone, "I feel like I carry myelf in more manley way, " adding, "I don't carry myself as a boy."
