Lil Baby’s ‘The Bigger Picture’ Lyrics

Last year saw much civil unrest as a result of the many lives lost due to police brutality such as George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and countless others. Many demonstrations took place across the nation and Lil Baby stood in solidarity for the fight against injustice in several ways. He marched in his hometown of Atlanta and released the anthemic protest track, "The Bigger Picture."

The song, which addresses systemic racism, the mistreatment of the Black community by police and Baby's past encounters with law enforcement, debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart behind DaBaby and Roddy Ricch's "Rockstar." The record has also scored the 4 Pockets Full (4PF) founder two nominations at the 2021 Grammy Awards for Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance.
