Man Shot in Parking Lot of Union Gap Hotel

A drug related shooting left a man with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot of a hotel in Union Gap on Tuesday. Union Gap Police say officers were called to the Quality Inn Hotel on Valley Mall Blvd. at about 5:25 p.m. Tuesday when they arrived they found a man in the parking lot with gunshot wounds to his upper torso and lower hip area. The man who hasn't been identified was taken to a Yakima hospital where he's expected to survive. All police are saying is that the shooting was drug related.
