My Dad Played a Song from a Video Game Not Knowing It was From a Video Game

I spend my lunch hour every Tuesday playing ukulele with my dad at the store in which he teaches. I noticed he had music from Final Fantasy on his music stand. I had to ask about it as my dad hasn't played a video game since Pong. He explained he was using it for a violin song, but he didn't have a clue it was from a video game.
