As it turns out, living in the Northwest is one of the best places you can be in the United States that'll back this up.

Out of the best cities for vegans and vegetarians according to Wallet Hub, Portland Oregon came in 1st place. Seattle was listed as 4th. Second and Third go to Los Angeles and Orlando.

Affordability, diversity and lifestyle came into account when coming up with this list.

Worst place is El Paso, Texas. Where meat is king, apparently.
