Pia Toscano Gets Standing Ovation on ‘Idol’ for Pretenders Tune

Pia Toscano, a leading competitor on season 10 of 'American Idol,' nearly brought down the house this week with her rendition of the Pretenders' "I'll Stand by You."

The performance was good enough for a standing ovation by the audience.
