The ‘Rapid Ramen Cooker’ for the Extremely Lazy People Who Need Ramen Now

I saw these hanging up at the store the other day. It took me a moment to realize that it wasn't supposed to be a gag gift, but this is a legitimate product for people who don't have time to wait for water to boil. Introducing the Rapid Ramen Cooker.

As it states, the Rapid Ramen Cooker can microwave perfect ramen noodles in half the time. Now, I don't know how long it takes the common man to make their ramen, but it takes me about 5 minutes. Boil the water, drop'em in, swoosh them around a bit and they're good to go. That's if I'm making it that traditional soup style. I like to pan-fry my ramen and maybe add a few other ingredients but, either way, it doesn't take that long.

Of course, using this doesn't involve the use of pots and pans and you don't have to use the stove, leaving those hot burners which can always be a hazard. Just use this and toss it in the dishwasher.

According to the box, it also uses half the water and reduces sodium as you don't need to use all of the seasoning (since you're not using as much water). Maybe this is a good idea after all!

I took a picture of it because I thought it was funny. Maybe I'll grab one and see how well they work. I remember they weren't very expensive at all.
