I've never attended an NFL training camp... until yesterday. With about 1500 fans in attendance Todd and I got to interview and rub elbows with Seahawks players and coaching staff. The toughest part about being in the media is you have to curb your natural tendency to be a fan boy and geek out but I was definitely doing that on the inside...

I love Google Earth. It really is so much fun to go to different places in the world and dream you could go there just by the way it looks from Google Earth. Little did I know that the shape of a couple of blocks in our very own neighborhood in Yakima would be a '12' for the 12th Man Seahawks fan!

Having spent significant time in Seattle and living here I've come to a conclusion... there are more Seahawks fans in Yakima per capita than there are in Seattle. Fans here are so crazy they can't seem to find enough cool merchandise with logos that they have to make their own...

First off, full disclosure, for those who don't know I'm a Los Angeles Rams fan and have been since I was 5. That said I've never been more impressed with a fan base than I have with the Seahawks fans here in Yakima. In fact I'll bet per capita there are more Seahawks fans here than Seattle...
