Trying To Get Alexa to Do the Creepy Laugh — She Shuts Off!

I saw reports of Alexa randomly laughing. We have an Amazon Echo unit here at the radio stations so I thought I'd try to get her to laugh.

After asking a series of questions, she doesn't seem to want to laugh. Even more, when I asked who removed that function, she turns off. Interesting.
