Tyga Served With Legal Papers While Hitting the Club for His Birthday

One of Tyga's birthday celebrations started off with a buzz kill as the rapper was served with legal papers while walking into the club.

TMZ cameras captured T. Raww and his crew walking into Penthouse nightclub in West Hollywood on his B-Day (Nov. 19). The server slips through and hands Kylie's boo the legal docs before being strong-armed by the G.O.O.D. Music rapper's security and removed from the scene. Tyga casually looks at the doc before making his way inside.

The Cali rapper is not new to the program. Last April, he was served legal papers while at the launch for his “Liquid Gold” sneaker collab with L.A. Gear at Shiekh Shoes in Hollywood.

That time, the server waited two hours in line among fans while the rapper posed for pictures and signed autographs. When the server's turn came up, he walked up to get his sneakers signed then suddenly reached into his pocket and handed Tyga his legal papers.

Besides the incident outside the club, it looks like Tyga had a good 27th birthday. He got an early surprise party from Kylie and his son which included balloons, cupcakes and singing.

Kylie wished the "Make It Nasty" rapper a happy birthday with some sexy photos of the couple on Instagram. In the intimate pics, Kylie is shirtless while sitting on Tyga’s lap. In one picture, he has his face in her bosom, and his hand sliding down the middle of her backside. The photo is captioned “Happy Birthday Baby.” In the second picture, they are in the same position, but are smiling and cuddling closer.
