Washington Has Two of the Top 10 Cities for Best Real-Estate Markets

There's a lot that goes into buying a house. Fortunately for us Washington state has two of the best markets for real-estate.

Seattle and Bellevue are sixth and seventh place on a list of hundreds of other towns. Not bad!

Yakima is 52 place of all these towns. That's actually not that bad. Not as bad as most, I suppose. Yakima also ranks 22 in best markets of what they consider a small city.

The top three markets are all in Texas with Frisco taking the number one spot.

The worst three markets are all in New Jersey.
