Washington State Ranks Second Place in Most Innovative States

With all the advances of science and technology we have here, it's no doubt Washington would rank high on a list like this. Washington state came in second place of all states for most innovative.

Curious to see Massachusetts come in first place.

This list was ranked using the WalletHub innovative index as well as innovative environment and something called a 'human capital' rank.

Least innovative? Stay away from West Virginia, Louisiana and Mississippi, which came in dead last.
