What Does This Stain Look Like?

Over the weekend I made something on my oven that was exceptionally messy. I ended up spilling a bit of it on the range, let it sit there until everyone was done eating (I wasn't in any hurry to clean up) and, when I came back to clean it up, it solidified into this weird shape. I thought it looked like some tweaked-out snail. What do you think?
