Making a list, checking it twice.  Not for Santa Claus but for all the things for which to be thankful at this time of year. Maybe you still have your job, or a new job, maybe you survived COVID-19, or maybe you got vaccinated, dodged the virus, and feel great, maybe your family has agreed to get together for a few days at Thanksgiving.  All are great reasons to be Thankful for Life in the Yakima Valley, where we have been known to celebrate the good things with a few hours of "Thanksgiving in Wine Country."

One Tasty Tradition!

The day after Thanksgiving, Yakima Valley wineries open their doors for a weekend of tastings, perfectly delicious food pairings, live music, holiday specials, and more!  The event is a popular holiday tradition making its comeback after pandemic precautions.

Valley vintners invite out-of-town guests and locals to discover new favorites and old for holiday gift-giving as well as choosing the perfect wines for your holiday tables and events.  Savvy shoppers will enjoy special holiday savings at wineries throughout the Valley.

Put A Plan Together For Fun

Most wineries are open 10 am to 5 pm, Friday through Sunday, on the event weekend. Get the family planners on the phone, choose your tour route with the Yakima Wineries Map, draw straws to determine the designated driver, and plan to have fun!
